About Jessica

Hi my name is Jessica. I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. I was a nanny part-time for a family for 12 years. I started to nanny for them when the oldest was only 3 months old. I have worked in a daycare and done lots of babysitting. I was also a 3rd and fourth-grade teacher for 5 years, a special ed teacher for two years and I am currently a reading teacher for middle schoolers. I love working and taking care of children of all ages. I love to teach children and foster their interest in reading. I am creative and love to do arts and crafts and come up with fun activities. I like to play games, be outdoors and find creative ways to use our imagination. I am comfortable with pets. I have four dogs of my own. I have my own car and do not mind driving children to activities. I am caring and compassionate and love working with children. I look forward to becoming a part of a family and making a difference in a child's life.
