I wish I could give Jessica ten stars! Her professional, compassionate care allowed my family to keep my parents at home while we continued to work. She cared for my parents for three years and her trustworthiness and dependability are beyond compare. My parents were always clean and treated with dignity, even when dementia made it more difficult to do so. When they became bedridden, there was such good care that they never got bed sores. Jessica prepared delicious meals, sending me groceries lists every week. My parents’ home was always clean and they were rarely sick because her hygiene standards are top tier. She always kept us well informed regarding nurse and social worker visits and followed my parents advance directions perfectly. When my dad passed, he left with dignity and according to his wishes. Jessica was there to continue care with mom and help us navigate the transfer to the funeral home.
