Hello everyone, I would like to offer my assistance to families caring for loved ones with Dementia at home. While my background is as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), my focus is on providing compassionate and engaging recreational activities. With almost two decades of experience in a nursing home, primarily in the Activities Department, I've found my calling in enhancing the lives of seniors living with Dementia. It's my lifelong passion to contribute to their well-being and happiness. I firmly believe that tailored recreational activities can significantly improve mood, cognitive function, and social interaction for those with Dementia. These activities not only reduce agitation and challenging behaviors but also promote physical activity, creativity, and a sense of purpose. I look forward to the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those affected by Dementia.
