Hi! My name is Jessica, and I'm a dedicated and responsible individual with over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and have spent the past 5+ years working in a school environment, supporting children grades K-8. My background includes experience as a camp counselor, after-school program leader, and educator. I also have extensive experience working with children with special needs, providing individualized care that meets each child where they are. I'm very detail oriented and committed to maintaining a safe, engaging, and positive environment. Whether helping with homework, planning creative activities, or encouraging social and emotional growth, I truly enjoy helping children learn and thrive.
