About Jessica

Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for. With 4 years of child care 7 years of experience in, adult and senior care, as well as currently being a DSP working with children, adult and seniors with special needs. I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence. I'm a Certified Home Health Aide, and I'm also trained in CPR, First Aid, oxygen tanks, and lifts . My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, alzheimers/dementia patients, and handling confusion. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method. Knowing I can bring comfort and support makes this work deeply rewarding for me.
