About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as caring, encouraging, and dependable. I like working with kids because I enjoy getting to watch them develop into more confident versions of themselves as they learn and grow I'm looking for a job that will allow me to continue my educational journey while still giving back. I started working with kids at 13. I have been babysitting since my adolescents, and coaching figure skating and hockey since I was 15, and have additional experience working as a preschool teacher and a behavioral therapist. I am also a museum professional with a focus on creating and implementing educational programs in museums. In my spare time, I like to read and write. I also enjoy being in nature and going for walks at the forest preserve, beach, or zoo. My skills include CPR, first aid, lesson planning, behavioral therapy.
