I graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2013 with a BA in Communication and earned my MA in Professional and Technical Writing from UALR in 2022. Throughout my years in higher education, I earned several writing awards including the Undergraduate Research Award at VWU and the Nonfiction Writing Award at UALR. I have taught students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. During my graduate studies, I tutored undergraduate and graduate students in the university writing center and went on to teach at the University of Central Arkansas as an Adjunct Writing Instructor.
