Hello! I am a current Ph. D. candidate at TCU studying English Literature at TCU. I also currently teach writing at TCU. I graduated with my masters and undergrad in English from RU. I have my teaching license and work part time as a tutor at Sylvan Learning Center. I have worked for two years in the public school system in Virginia as a 9th grade English teacher. I clearly value education, but sometimes it can feel like the system doesn't value your student or their individual needs. I do! I know that confidence is key to a successful mindset.
