Jessica came to us as a recommendation from another Caregiver who we hired from Care.Com. She came with a very high personal reccomendation. When we met her we immediately sensed her sincere kindness and genuine love for caregiving. My mom took to her quickly. I would laugh when Jessica would come in and approach my mom with this huge smile and hello and get right up in her face. My mom always smiled( she was non verbal for quite some time). Jessica always asked alot of questions out of concern for my mom. She was always patient and loving towards our mom. Jessica did overnights with us and also stepped in when others were unavailable. She stuck with us through all the ups and downs. I would hire her again in a heart beat…she is no longer with us becasue my mom passed. To all I highly recommend her she is a pure GEM!
