Jess is an incredible caregiver. She is thoughtful, creative, responsible, and thorough. She takes her work very seriously, and it is evident in the way she interacts with each child, encouraging their learning in a safe way. Jess has cared for our infant for a few months now, and we have such peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands with Jess. As first time parents, we’ve also learned a lot from Jess and have partnered with her to come up with effective strategies for caring for our baby through all of the developmental stages he’s gone through (they go through so many as infants!). Jess is a seasoned pro and it really shows. We’d be happy to talk to prospective families who are considering working with Jess. We are so lucky to have her in our lives!
