About Jessica

Hi there, my name is jessi and I'm an energetic and creative 24-year-old! I recently graduated from Kent State University with a bachelors degree in psychology and have taken a variety of courses in child development. My favorite age groups are is infants and toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $25/hour for one child. I'm CPR certified, trained in car seat safety, and have my own car. I also have over 9 years of experience in child care. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to cook, knit, play with my cats, and go on hikes. I look forward to meeting you!
