Hi i'm Jess! I'm a Mom of 2 and have been working as a nanny for children 0-10 (primarily with infants and toddlers) for 9 years. I love to study child development and early childcare through college courses, online seminars, online certifications, books, and podcasts. I am most passionate about gentle childcare and believe all children deserve to be cared for with respect and empathy. I believe in giving plenty of time for free play, including children in life skills (cooking, cleaning, etc), getting outside as much as possible, child led arts and crafts, and lots of reading! I grew up on a farm and am comfortable around any animals. My main priority is childcare but I also love to help families with meal prep, chores, errands, etc. I am up to date on all vaccinations. We love Jess so much! We knew that we didn't want to compromise on child care for our daughter, and when we found out that Jess was available, we were ecstatic. Our daughter has thrived in her time with Jess. She does amazing job at juggling everything, creating a welcome and safe environment for the kids, and she's extremely patient. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their child's life
