About Jessica

Hi i'm Jess! I'm a Mom of 2 and have been working as a nanny for children 0-10 (primarily with infants and toddlers) for 8+ years. I love to study child development and early childcare through college courses, online seminars, online certifications, books, and podcasts. I am most passionate about gentle childcare and believe all children deserve to be cared for with respect and empathy. I believe in giving plenty of time for free play, including children in life skills (cooking, cleaning, etc), getting outside as much as possible, child led arts and crafts, and lots of reading! I grew up on a farm and am comfortable around any animals. My main priority is childcare but I also love to help families with meal prep, chores, errands, etc. I am up to date on all vaccinations.
