Hello! My name is Jessica and I've been staying home to care for and homeschool my four children for the last 17 years, and I'm ready to help take care of yours!

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated by my experience working with Jessica, and I feel compelled to share the challenges we faced. 

From the start, Jessica showed a complete lack of professionalism. She arrived late almost every day, and when it came time for her shift to end, she left promptly without exception. On the rare occasion we asked her to stay a few extra minutes to compensate for her lateness, she complained. Her sense of entitlement was staggering.

Despite our repeated requests, Jessica insisted on bringing her children into our home, even though we made it clear we were uncomfortable with this. Eventually, we gave in due to a lack of other childcare options, only to face more issues. She demanded access to our community pool to entertain her children. When we declined, she complained about her children being bored.

Throughout our time working with her, it became clear that Jessica lacked both social awareness and basic social skills, making our experience all the more difficult. My husband and I went out of our way to be kind and considerate, even giving her two months’ notice when we learned we were relocating, so she would have ample time to find a new job. 

Instead of appreciating our gesture, Jessica found another job almost immediately and quit without any notice. This left us in a very difficult situation without childcare. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to demand we deliver her belongings to her home, rather than coming to retrieve them herself. What shocked us most was her complete lack of regard for the child she had cared for over the past six months—she didn’t even take the time to say goodbye.

Don’t be fooled by her calm, gentle demeanor. I regret not trusting my instincts from the beginning. One glaring red flag I should have paid more attention to is the fact that her ex-husband has primary custody of her children, which is extremely rare. I strongly urge you to avoid working with Jessica, as the stress and frustration simply aren’t worth it.

Jessica is super nice! We chatted prior to meeting. She was on time. Jessica is fluent with children and had no problems with my son's compliance, and doing things that were not in front of an electronic device! I will definitely keep Jessica in mind for future jobs!

Jessica cared for my grandson this week and she is absolutely wonderful.

Jessica was terrific with the kids, she was loving and creative. She kept them busy, entertained and happy.  Jessica was very helpful around the house and willing to do whatever we needed.  Jessica's availability was not enough for us, and it was difficult for us when she and her children got sick.  Overall, Jessica did the job well and cared about our kids.

Jessica was very hands on with our twins and was engaged with keeping them busy with a diverse set of activities

Jessica is kind and gentle with my preschooler and my infant, and they always look forward to seeing her! It's also nice that she doesn't just plop them in front of the TV - she encourages outside play and creative indoor play. Highly recommended!

 She has four children and home schooled the oldest two.  Her son is in his second year of college, and her daughter is a junior.
      Her younger daughter is in third grade and the youngest child, a boy is three.  She is very kind and patient with her children and the children in the classes she taught.
