Hello Families! I know the search for a right fit is tough, see here is a straightforward description of who I am. Best wishes to all of you!... I am first and foremost a Christian : ) I have been a nanny for 15 years and chose this vocation because I love working with children and wanted to attain the knowledge and habbits necessary for helping them to have the best possible future in their purpose, relationships, and careers. This mindset led me to strive for knowledge in psychology, parenting methods, and nutrition through reading books and articles, and attending conferences and amny years if experience. I continue to expand my knowledge in any areas that are necessary for success in life. My philosophy is to be loving, firm, and nurturing while balancing fun and outdoorsy with instruction and work. With plenty of experience tending to infants, toddlers, and children up to age 12, I won't have a problem adjusting to age appropriate care and activities.
