15+ years of professional nanny experience offering nurturing, structured care, tailored to each stage of development. I've created successful sleep training methods, potty trained, gently helped transition away from pacifiers and other comfort items, weaned, etc. Children of all ages in my care grow a love for books, develop emotional awareness, and critical thinking skills. Screen-free play and daily outdoor time going on walks, staying active, and providing nutritional meals are highly prioritizd. I provide space for them to learn how to make wise decisions at a level appropriate to their abilities. Having studied nutrition & psychology, and honed in on my management skills, I am confident in my ability to adapt and run things collaborating with parents to create a consistent, loving, forward-thinking environment.
