Hello, first & foremost thanks for reading over my profile. I happily hold over 5+ years of experience as a housekeeper. I have an eye for detail & organization. I currently am helping a few families that I've been with long term. I do surface cleaning, deep cleaning (more involved/detailed), cleaning houses that are listed for sale, laundry and organizing. All cleaning supplies/equipment must be provided by the family. I ask that the areas I'm cleaning are tidied up prior to me cleaning, unless u plan for me to do that & be there longer. I require a guarantee of 5 hours of pay per trip. Starting pay is $30/hr or a flat rate of some sort, depending on how involved the cleaning is. I accept payments via an app, cash or check. Shall the job fall through on your end for any reason, a $100 fee is still due because I reserved the date for you & am relying on you financially. Thanks for your understanding in advance.
