About Jessica

I have years of hands-on childcare experience, starting from babysitting throughout my teenage years and continuing into motherhood. As a parent, I understand the importance of patience, structure, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can feel comfortable and supported. I also have professional experience working as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) with Autism Partnerships, where I supported children with autism using individualized care strategies. This has helped me develop strong skills in communication, behavior support, and adapting to each child's unique needs. I genuinely enjoy working with children of all ages and take pride in being dependable, attentive, and caring. My goal is always to create a positive, engaging environment where kids feel safe, understood, and happy.
