Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. My journey as a caregiver spans three years, fueled by a genuine passion for supporting well-being and independence. I have some college experience and have taken CPR and First Aid in the past. I provide respite care, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I gently remind those in my care about medications and self-care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, dedicated, and hardworking. I prioritize understanding individual preferences and history to build strong connections.
