We interviewed her for a long term W2 position, had an couple of paid trial days to see if she was a good fit. Even had our post partum Doula meet with her about our Childs needs. We gave her a verbal offer/ start date and she accepted. Then she ghosted us over the holidays... No context. No response. So unprofessional. Wasted 2 weeks of our Nanny search.
