I started my childcare career in 2003 when I worked as an aid for a child care academy in Minnesota where I worked with children ages 6 weeks-12 years of age. The past 20 years I've been a private nanny for multiple families in Minnesota, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Most recently I've worked within my school district as a special education para professional. I worked with students all last school year in a 3rd and 4th grade special needs room.
