I am super cautious about leaving bad reviews because it's people's livelihood at stake. But it is important to be honest. Jessica canceled on our family 2 hours before she was supposed to baby sit our baby boy. We had an agreement for her to come 2-3 times a week to babysit. The late notification is annoying but understandable, life happens. What bothered us was we gave her every opportunity to voice her concerns if the job was too much (she wanted to bring her baby into our house and watch 2 kids. That was fine with us). She never told us that this wouldn't work out until 2 hours before. If there were any doubts, those should have been communicated... We are all adults here. We had high hopes about a strong, long term productive arrangement but it ended up being a dud. Lesson learned for all parties.
