Jessica is very caring, outgoing and ensures the client is happy, doing what they should be doing and provides feedback of day events and texts the client family member of any issues or if she sees food running out let's them know. She initiates talking with the client which a lot of caretakers don't do. She gets them to talk, laugh and interact. I would hire her back in a second.
