Jess is a wonderful caregiver - she was our full-time nanny for a year and a half, when my kids were 3 (turned 4) and 7 (turned 8). She is kind, patient, nurturing, and playful. She's reliable and responsive. She takes good care of the kids, and she was also happy to help us out by doing errands, laundry, and light housework. She helped my daughter with homework after-school, took the kids to their various after-school activities -- both by foot and in our car -- and made the kids' lunches and dinners. She was always bringing the kids to our local library and coming back with huge stacks of books to read. And she loved taking the little one to various activities around and outside the city -- he still misses their outings.
