About Jessica

Hi! My name is Jessica, and I'm a bilingual (French-English) graduate student studying Speech-Language Pathology at San Diego State University. I have hands-on experience working with both children and adults on language, reading, writing, and communication skills through my university clinic. My background includes helping children with speech sound disorders, literacy challenges, and language delays, as well as adults recovering from stroke or managing neurogenic conditions. In addition to my clinical experience, I'm passionate about making learning engaging and individualized. I can support tutoring in early literacy, reading comprehension, writing, spelling, and study skills, especially for students with learning differences or communication needs. Being bilingual also allows me to support French-speaking students or those studying French as a second language. I'm patient, creative, and always happy to adapt my approach to fit your child's unique learning style.
