Jess is without a doubt the BEST option for a nanny if you are looking for someone who will care for your child as her own. Which let's face it, what mom doesn't desire that for their children when they are away from home?! I want to know my kids are being well tended for. Not only physically, but emotionally. Jessica. Is. This. Person. She loves on such a deep level and wants to invest in the children she cares for. She is also great with schedules!! She wants YOU as the parent to feel as comfortable as possible and honestly that's a big part of inviting someone into your home and lives!!
