We hired Jessica in Olga to care for three kids for the afternoon and evening. From the minute she arrived, she was engaging with the kids, asking them questions and talking to them. She even brought some art supplies and bubbles for them to play with together. She managed to get them all down for bed before we got back! She talked about her education and is clearly passionate about children. She is not always in Orcas but we would love to hire her again if we find ourselves in the same place.
