About Jessica

Hi! My name is Jessica, and I'm currently employed at Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP) in San Luis Obispo as a Behavioral Technician. I work with children every day, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement and structured support. I love working with kids because every day is different, and I enjoy helping them grow, learn, and feel supported. I'm looking for a flexible job where I can support families by providing reliable, caring help while also saving for some personal goals I'm excited about. My top childcare skills are patience, creativity, and always making safety a top priority. I take pride in creating a fun, supportive environment where kids feel happy, safe, and encouraged to be themselves.
