My personality traits or expertise that help me be a great caregiver would include my genuine love for people and the fact that I have over 21 years of experience in the healthcare field. I am a certified nurse assistant and certified medication technician in the state of Missouri and have maintained my certifications for about 21 yrs. I also have several credits earned at Chamberlain Nursing School of St. Louis. I have a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with the Emphasis of Leadership Management. I thoroughly enjoy helping people who need healthcare assistance. I have worked in long term care facilities/settings, not only caring for the residents needs, but making sure that they are taking their medications with the correct dosage and scheduled times. I have self-gratification each time that I am of aid to my patients and I feel very satisfied when I give care as well as having a smile on my face to cheer up my patients.
