As a highly passionate childcare provider with over a decade of experience, my motivation stems from a deep desire to nurture children's growth and positively impact their lives. My patient, creative, and approachable nature allows me to connect with children and create a safe, stimulating environment. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring children understand expectations and boundaries. My approach to play is diverse, encompassing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience with various age groups. I have completed some graduate-level coursework in early child development and hold certifications in First Aid and CPR. My skills include cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel assistance, and swimming supervision.
