About Jessica

I have worked with a wide age range of children for about 15 years in both a child care setting as well as private nannying. Most of my experience comes from working at Nova Southeastern University's Mailman Segal Center in the infant/toddler program. The children in my care have been as young as 3 months all the way up to second grade. I think it's important to provide a fun experience as well as educational. Therefore, I like to bring along some of my own activities, such as applesauce play dough. I also like to teach baby ASL to encourage early communication and language development. I have received my National Child Development Associate Certificate through Nova Southeastern University. This provides training in safety, age appropriate practices and activities, as well as other important aspects of child care. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
