Hi! I'm Jessica, and I bring over 10 years of experience in healthcare, including extensive hands-on work with seniors, especially those living with dementia. I'm a licensed practical nurse by background, but I'm not working in a nursing role or providing medical care in the home. However, I'm very comfortable setting up medications, offering reminders, and supporting daily routines in a safe and respectful way. Throughout my career, I've cared for individuals with memory loss, mobility challenges, and other age-related needs. I focus on creating calm, structured environments and building trust with both clients and families. I'm happy to help with meal prep, errands, transportation, light support with hygiene routines, and meaningful companionship.
