About Jessica

Hi! My name is Jessica, and I am currently a first grade teacher who is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment for every child. I believe that strong relationships are the foundation for student success, and I pride myself on making students feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident in their abilities. Through my experience in elementary education, I have worked with students with a variety of learning styles, strengths, and needs. I strive to make learning meaningful and individualized by meeting children where they are academically while helping them grow both in skills and self-confidence. I am especially passionate about helping students build strong foundations in reading, writing, and math in a way that feels positive and encouraging rather than stressful. Families often describe me as nurturing, dependable, organized, and approachable, and I value creating strong communication and trust with both students and parents.
