We hired Jessica as a full time nanny for our daughter. She is professional, knowledgable, incredibly reliable, and amazing with kids. Jessica excels at setting a comfortable and predictable routine for kids that she cares for. She also communicates well and adapts to differing needs and requests. Jess has been with our family for the past year and a half. She came to us when I was going back to work after being on maternity leave and our family was adjusting to life with two kids and two working parents. Jess also came into our lives during a time when there was so much uncertainty with Covid -- she was so professional in navigating that crazy time and made sure to stay safe outside of work to protect our family. Jess took care of both my baby, starting when she was 4 months old, and my then 3-year-old. She got the baby on an amazing daily schedule that included daily walks, trips to the park, walks to the coffee shop, playing in the backyard, and reading in addition to all of the normal baby things. Jess also formed a tight bond with my older daughter who is really going to miss having her here. Jess is honest, nurturing, reliable and has a gift for caring for children and making a household run smoothly. Jess is now a dear family friend but we will miss having her here daily!

Jessica has been a life saver for our busy family. Her primary responsibility is our 17 month old son, but she also cares for our 7 & 12 year-olds before and after school. She gets everyone ready for their day, keeps the toddler engaged in activities like story time and zoo trips, and helps out with homework in the afternoons. With Jessica's help we've sleep trained my youngest and developed a manageable routine. She does a great job engaging him with his early learning skills like cleaning up, getting dressed, hand washing and hair brushing. They work on building patience and using baby signs instead of whining. Of course she loves our dogs too - and always has a special treat for them. I can definitely say Jessica is the best hire we've made in 12 years of parenting. We've benefited from her extensive experience  and always have peace of mind when we're heading to work. We're ready to transition to the next phase but I will be having her back whenever I can!

Jessica has been a wonderful nanny for our family! She is looking after our two year old son and a two year old girl as part of a nanny share for the last 6 months. We would love to still work with her, but our child is going to preschool in September. She is kind, warmhearted, flexible and as well as a good communicator. We can tell she genuinely loves the company of the children. She has lots of energy to keep with the toddlers and loves taking them to the park and playing with them in the backyard. She also has a reserve of patience, which I have noticed is absolutely necessary. We greatly appreciate that how trustworthy, reliable and responsible she is. Another bonus was discovering how much Jessica loves animals (she loves taking care of our dog, too). She is definitely self-motivated and has the kids on a nice schedule. We would absolutely recommend Jessica to any family without any reservations! 

Jessica was with our family of two children for over a year. She joined us as I was going back to work after having our second child, and juggled an infant and active toddler, getting them on a schedule, potty training our son, helping with a preschool transition, and generally helping our family adjust to major changes. Our kids adore her, and even though she moved from San Francisco, we continue to stay in touch and. She truly became a part of the family - she is loving and so kind, and, our kids vocabulary really blossomed with Jessica doing flash cards and activities with them. She would be a great addition to your family!

Jessica took care of my infant son for 2 months when he was 3-5 months old.  He was always happy to see her when she arrived.  Jessica sent me an update daily to let me know how the day was going (diapers, feeds, activities, etc.).  She also made sure my dog was well taken care of (he also liked her very much.).

I recently interviewed Jessica. I found her to be professional and polite. She is clearly a sensible and experienced caregiver and obviously loves children.

Jessica missed our scheduled interview and was late for 15 minutes. She also ended the conversation abruptly (almost a little rude and no professional courtesy) because I asked her thoughts about using her mobile phone during work hours (she became very uncomfortable after I asked if it's okay for her to minimize the usage while baby is napping).  

Jessica has been a friend of the family for fifteen years. She is definitely one of the most reliable persons I know. She loves caring for children, and her passion for it, reflects in the relationships she builds with the families she works for. She is fun, and loving and also professional. Respecting and understanding family core values is also true to her nature. I highly recommend her .

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jessica. We were grateful that she was available on very short notice. Jessica was enthusiastic and punctual during every visit. She quickly developed a friendship with our 16 month old daughter and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. I also appreciated receiving updates via text on their daily activities. Jessica is very kind and loving and we highly recommend her.
