About Jessica

I currently live in Brooklyn, NY. I have over 7 years childcare experienced as a Nanny, working as a Teacher's Assistant for a cooperative in Virginia Beach, or working as an RBT in Hawaii. I worked with children diagnosed with ASD while working as a Teacher's Assistant and RBT. I am trained in deescalating procedures as well as having a background in ABA therapy. While working as a Nanny, I oversaw play time as well as organized outings to make days more interesting and exciting. I love to do arts and crafts with the kids I work with and just get outdoors and be active. I promote reading in down time as well. I am also a pro at handling cooking and light household cleaning as well as laundry throughout the day. I love the challenge and reward of working with kids and bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm, compassion and creativity.
