I hired Jessica via Care.com. I was a little concerned to hire anyone via this platform as I had never done so before, but Jessica not only made me feel super comfortable knowing my son was safe, but she exceeded my expectations. I had just started my first job as a mother, and I didn't worry throughout the day when I was at work as she would send me frequent updates of a smiling toddler. She even leveraged her experience working at a prestigious daycare to structure my son's days as if he were on a school schedule, bringing her own arts and crafts supplies to do fun art projects with him. I very much appreciated this as he was going to transition to a daycare shortly after her temporary care. Last but not least, Jessica was the facilitation we needed to get my son to nap without my nursing him to sleep. This was probably the biggest game changer in all of my mommy transitions. I am so thankful to have met Jessica and to have had my son under her very capable and safe care.
