Hello My name is Jess, and I am a nurse with 3+ years in oncology and 3+ Emergency Nursing/trauma (peds and adult). The last 3 years I have been a nurse at Mary Cariola Children's Center caring for a population near and dear to my heart, children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. I started out as an embedded nurse where I cared for 9 of the most medically fragile younger kids (aged 5-8 years of age) managing complex diagnoses/medical histories and provided complex care. Those kids became my world and it was an honor to be able to care for them. I was then assigned to an assignment with the most behaviorally complex children. With me not only do you get a nanny with 15 years experience of caring for infants and children but you also get a BSN-RN who is passionate, dedicated, and committed to your family.
