Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. With three years of experience in senior care, I'm deeply passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and I find great satisfaction in helping them maintain their independence. In previous roles, I've provided home health, respite care, transportation, and hospice services, as well as assistance with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility, and physical activity. I am also experienced in dementia care and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and compassion. I prioritize earning trust when connecting with care recipients. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Being friendly and approachable comes naturally to me.
