Hi! I'm someone who has always had a heart for caring for children. I began babysitting as a pre-teen, and I've spent the past 11 years as a mom, currently raising 4 wonderful kids of my own. Along with home experience, I've also worked as a CNA and as a Support Coordinator for children with special needs, which has helped me develop patience, strong communication, and a deep understanding of how to support each child as an individual. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children -- someone who is responsible, nurturing, and truly engaged. I love creating a warm, positive environment with routines, gentle guidance, and lots of encouragement.
