For the past 10 years, I've cultivated engaging and supportive learning environments for students. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material. I encourage open communication about what methods work best for them. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems into manageable steps. As a certified teacher, I understand the importance of clear communication with both students and parents. This builds trust and ensures everyone is working together. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I am happy to provide test preparation, study skills, and history support for elementary, middle, and high school students. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at your home, online, a library, or a coffee shop.
