About Jessica

Hi! I'm Jessica, an experienced childcare and healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with children and families. I have a background in healthcare, childcare, and education, and I currently work with children and students with behavioral and developmental needs. I am also pursuing my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on autism and am working toward becoming a BCBA. My experience has taught me how important patience, consistency, communication, and creating a safe and positive environment are for children. As a mom myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your children. I'm dependable, nurturing, organized, and comfortable following established routines, behavior plans, and individual needs. I enjoy helping children learn, build independence, have fun, and feel supported.
