Jessica has been a wonderful caregiver for our son M, who has complex medical needs (CP and Epilepsy), requiring physical strength and stamina to care for him. She has consistently impressed us with her dedication and genuine interest in M. Jessica is not only reliable and punctual, but she is also flexible, seeks and accepts feedback, and learns M's routine. She actively participates in his therapy sessions and activities, making them engaging, talking to him, and importantly, creates a positive and nurturing environment for him.
