Hello! I attend Clark University where I'm earning my degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Comparative Race and Ethnic Studies, and minor in Education. My focus within studying Education is in Human Services. My course load consists of special education based work. For the past two years I have volunteered as a mentor for girls ages 9-16. I work with 11-year-old, playing games, making crafts, journalism and spending quality time together. I have volunteered with the Meeting Street School Camp, working with children of varying abilities. Additionally, because of my moms career as a special needs teacher, I have grown up around people of all abilities, and have worked with special needs children in both formal and informal settings. I have also done odd jobs, babysitting two boys (ages 3 and 1). I am a tidy person, willing to do light housekeeping.
