Jessica has been babysitting for me every Friday for 2 1/2 years. First for our daughter when she was just a few months old and then for our son when he was a newborn until now when he is 17 months. I trust her wholeheartedly. She listens to all of my caregiving desires. She has only been true to her word and true to my children. Our daughter is almost 3 now and can fully communicate how much she loves Jess and I know my baby would (if he could) too. If you saw the way my baby runs to her when she walks through the door - you would hire her.
