Although it's been such a short time, Jessica is amazing with both girls in our nanny share (2 17-month olds). Not only does she keep them feeling loved, fed, and happy, she also gives recommendations for books and age-appropriate toys/games. She recently let me know when she noticed that our daughter was showing signs of being ready to potty train that I would have had no idea about (and Jessica was right! We bought a little potty and she is VERY into it). She makes homemade meals, takes them on walks, and leaves our house SPOTLESS at the end of the day. To us working parents it's such an incredible weight lifted to walk out of the office to a clean house. It gives us valuable time back with our daughter after working hours that we would otherwise be spending cleaning up to be ready for the next day of childcare. To us, that has been absolutely priceless.
