About Jessica

I have extensive experience in the caring and development of children. I have cared for children as young as a week-old newborn through high school. I have experience watching up to six children by myself at one time, not including in the school setting with up to 36 at a time. I have performed all duties and responsibilities that go with both occasional babysitting and full-time nanny positions. I am competent in providing care for basic to complex needs for individuals from toileting to preparing allergy-free meals. I am CPR and AED certified. I have a Masters Degree in education as well as a valid teaching license in Elementary Education K-8 and Special Education K-21. I have spent the last five years teaching general, special, and gifted education to elementary students in California. My husband, two dogs and I just moved to Tennessee about a month and a half ago and we are excited to begin this new chapter together!

Jessica (Miss. Jessi) was, and is to this day, fantastic. She always went above and beyond for the kids and treated them as her own. She was always very engaged and active with them while also challenging them from their academics to life skills and everything in-between. Overall she has been an irreplaceable addition to the family and will forever be a part of our story.
