We hired Jessica for a one time trial as a companion for my mother roughly a little under two weeks before the job date. Two days before the job I reached out to confirm, answer any questions and provide the address and details as agreed upon. She would not answer any queries via care.com or via text for two days. She ghosted us and now I have to start all over. She could have cancelled with me at any time the week before so I could try to make other arrangements. Now it's too late. My mom had to cancel her appointments. This individual cannot be depended upon and I would definitely not recommend her.
