About Jessica

I am a retired Air Force veteran, mental health counselor, yoga therapist, creative artist, and newly empty-nester. After raising both my sons, who now are in college, I am enjoying being able to help my friends who are just starting their families. Please consider me for date nights, or simply if you just needing to take a break, or go run errands. I'd describe my personality as creative, curious & compassionate I like working with kids because it's fun. children really remind us how to enjoy life. I'm looking for a job that allows me to get on the kids level through active listening & creative play After being a SAHM, I obtain my education, as well as teaching yoga in elementary school, middle school and high school. After I obtain my masters degree in holistic mental health, I was the lead clinician in a group home for adolescent and emerging adults.
