For the past decade, I have had the privilege of caring for the elderly in the Madison area. Prior to that, I cared for my husband's 90-year-old grandmother in our home for 2 yrs while running an in home daycare that I ran for 16 years.
I have been a caregiver to the young & the aged for many years. My desire in life is to treat others with dignity & respect throughout all stages of their life.

Some of the experience I have include Dementia and Alzheimer's Care, transportation, meal prep, feeding, light house work, showering, helping use the bathroom, personal hygiene, medication prompting, PT exercises, transfers, hoyer lift, Dr appointments, grocery shopping, day trips & companionship.

Jess took care of my grandparents and quickly became part of the family. Jess handled them both with patience, humor, and heart. She and Grandma were always laughing, and after Grandma passed, Jess stayed by Grandpa’s side and cared for him until the very end, and even after. We’re so incredibly grateful for Jess and can’t recommend her enough. Having Jess care for the ones you care about is a gift.

Jess is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She genuinely cares for her clients like they are family. She cared for both my Grandma and my Grandpa and I could not ask for a better person to help them. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a caregiver.

I cannot overemphasize the love and gratitude my family and I have for Jessi. 

We hired Jessi in the fall of 2024 to help my dad and our family through my dad’s experience with Alzheimer’s disease. She cared for him from shortly after his diagnosis, through transition to a memory care facility, a hip fracture with post-op rehab, the decline of his memory, cognitive function and verbal communication, his complete loss of physical autonomy, and ultimately his death. 

Jessi took the time to really get to know John, and they developed a genuine and unique friendship. She learned about all the things that were important to him, that brought him pleasures great and small. Over a relatively short time, the two of them developed a litany of shared experiences that they could reminisce about together. I know this was tremendously meaningful to John, that he was able to relate to her as if an old friend. Jessi understood the family dynamics and got to know all of us, including the grandchildren. I believe this allowed her to help him remember us as well. 

She maintained excellent communication with us–clear and concise, and even coordinated with our outside care providers to ensure seamless coverage of his care. Jessi kept us abreast on issues that she noted in the memory care facility and with the outside caregiving service. She anticipated each next step in John’s decline and helped our family prepare for them, both practically and emotionally. She guided us through this entire, sometimes difficult experience with the utmost empathy and grace. 

When John entered the stage of actively dying, Jessi stuck close, day and night. She was with us at his bedside through his laborious last hours and his finally peaceful transition. I cannot imagine how much more difficult this would have been without her love and compassion for John, and for us too. Jessi’s advocacy for and loving care of John has been a gift for our entire family. 


Jessica is truly the most caring, loving and kind care-giver ever!!! 
She took great care of my parents-in-law with compassion, dedication and loyalty. She made them happy and treated them as if they were her own parents.  We are truly touched by her kindness and sincerity. She was with them all the way until they pass. She is a real gem! 

We can only hope that when we need care someday, we find a caregiver like her!

Jessica took care of my 95 year mother for almost 2 years. Jess brought her home cooked meals, helped with meds and bathing. At med appts Jess took notes and offered suggestions for her care. They went on many walks and looked at countless family pictures. My mother looked forward to Jessie's visits and she quickly became part of our family. My family and I would highly recommend Jessie. She has a huge heart. I cannot imagine a more compassionate or sincere person for a caregiver.

Jessica is an excellent caregiver.  She is very compassionate and focused on the needs of your loved one.  Jessica also works well with extended family members when situations change.  I highly recommend Jessica!!  I don't know what we would have done without her!!

My wife, Kathryn, had been fighting w/ broken bones due to osteoporosis, & other health problems since 2009. We had considered moving to an assisted living, but it was too expensive, we decided to hire a caregiver & stay in our home. Our reasons for choosing Jess were because we saw that she had cared for her husband's grandma in her home, she was married for 17 years and had 3 growing boys that she was raising. When we saw the picture of her with her family in front of the Christmas tree, we decided this was the person that we wanted to care for my wife. We knew that because she cared for her Grandma, she would know how to help meet Kathryn's needs. She took Kathryn, where she was just existing, to enjoying life to the fullest. The last 1.5 yrs. was worth living for her. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing, I would definitely pick Jess! Kathryn passed away in August, Jess has been there right through it all with me. She continues to help me each day part time.

Jessica C. cared for my mom for over a year until mom's passing on August 3rd. Mom's entire demeanor excelled under Jess's care. Jess helped her with exercises, meal planning, shopping, etc. Jess soon became a part of the family. Mom just loved her and so did mom's family.

Jess is amazing at her job. She cared for my mother & made such an important impact on her life. She made it possible for Mom to easily stay at home. Mom had really been suffering, and Jess not only took a load off her mind, she also was a great companion. The combo lifted her spirits enormously. Jess took care of her & went above & beyond, right until Mom passed away. Mother never had any complaints and continuously sang her praises. I cannot possibly recommend her enough, and if anyone has any questions at all, I am happy to answer them.

I witnessed first hand the amazing and genuine care Jessica gave to my friend of 30 years. I watched Jessica administer meds, toileting, bathing - you name it I was there quite often to see this all unfold. Jessica has a huge heart, she never backed down from her love and kindness and gentle touch. I would highly recommend Jessica, hands down, to myself one day or anyone I love -she's genuine!

I know that Jessica's faith has a lot to do with how she treats all people with love and respect. It was obvious and everything I saw when I visited and in the way she interacted with my friend. Even on days that my friend might not have been so pleasant! I would hire Jessica to care for my own parent without hesitation. She is honest, reliable, caring and so many more things that go into being a great caregiver. I am forever grateful for her amazing care that she gave my friend. Jessica made a difference in the quality of her life in her last year's here on earth and I will forever be grateful. Whoever Jessica works with will be blessed to have her. I would have loved to have her care for my own mother and blessed to have her care for my friend. Please treat her as well as she will be treating your loved one.

I have known Jess a long time and if you are reading this, you are a very lucky person. Jess is kind, funny, responsible, and extremely honest. She has a heart of gold.  Jess has been doing daycare and most of the children have been with her since they were tiny and only left because they started school. So that should tell you something. Jess is a diamond in the rough and one of the nicest people I have ever known. She will be an excellent choice as a caregiver for your family.

I have known Jessica since 2016. At that time, Jessica's grandmother, Arlene, moved in with her because she needed assistance with her personal care. Jessica was also running a daycare in her home so she was looking for someone to help assist her in taking care of her grandmother. I witnessed Jessica's daily routine with her daycare and care for grandma, husband and three boys. She was able to manage her household along with taking care of Arlene. As we watched Arlene's health deteriorate, Jessica had to make decisions on Arlene's care. Jessica possesses the capability to handle emergencies in a calm manner and rise on top of stressful situations. She displayed empathy and genuine concern throughout my time working for her. I no longer work for Jessica, but she has become a lifelong family friend. I could not recommend a more compassionate or sincere person for a caregiver, nor think of anyone better suited for the position.
