About Jessica

Hi there! My name is Jessica. I'm 32 and have been involved in childcare full time, in both home and daycare settings, for over a decade and can offer excellent references. I have experience with all age groups, with infants and toddlers being what I would consider my area of expertise. I most enjoy helping little humans learn and grow through hands-on experiences with everything from exploring the nature trails near my home, visiting parks and museums (Botanical Gardens, Virginia Aquarium, Norfolk Zoo, Children's museum, etc.) and facilitating fun activities and science experiments in-home. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in October, so I would probably be an ideal fit with a family looking for either part or full time summer care or one looking for a more long-term date night/occasional/errand day working relationship.
