We hired Jessica for our 3 month old son and we love her dearly! Let me tell you I was extremely picky in our selection process as I was very afraid leaving my baby and going back to work after maternity leave. Jessica was an amazing nanny! The care and love she has for the little ones she nannied for is special and one of a kind. Not only was she always on time for classes at The Little Gym she helped and interacted with the children with all activities and learning with such patience. Jess has been our nanny for the last 1.5 years.  She initially cared for our oldest daughter, who is currently 21 months, and now cares for both her and our younger daughter who is currently 5 months. Jessica has been our nanny for almost 2 years and she is wonderful!  She is caring, fun, enthusiastic, kind, and great with my two daughters (ages 2 and 4).  She always thinks of new projects and games to do with the girls, especially creative art projects.  She works on academic skills (like letters and numbers) in a way that is fun.  She takes the girls outside to play, goes on nature walks, does sidewalk chalk, the swing set, etc.  Jessica always asks how she can do more and what else she can do to help us.  She is flexible with her hours, and can accommodate changes to the schedule.  She has never been late and is very reliable.
