I have over 10 years of experience providing childcare for my sister's children and family friends, along with 5 years of professional experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In my role as an RBT, I primarily work with children on the autism spectrum, which has provided me with extensive experience supporting children's individual needs, communication styles, behaviors, and developmental goals. Through both my personal and professional experience, I have developed strong patience, attentiveness, and the ability to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children. I understand the responsibilities and expectations involved in caring for children, including maintaining routines, providing supervision, encouraging positive behaviors, and responding appropriately to each child's unique needs.
